With one at 20 cm, the other 28 cm, both pans are made from pressed aluminium and take advtange of bonded stainless steel bases. Not only does this ensure they distribute heat quickly and evenly throughout the pan, but it also means they’re compatible with all heat sources, including induction hobs.

Cersasure coatings give them a non-stick ceramic interior that allows you to cook with little to no oil while also making the washing up a doddle, too.
