The latest generation of the Reebok Deck remains one of the most versatile fitness platforms available, combining aerobic training, strength workouts and functional fitness in one compact, configurable design. Ideal for home workouts and studio-style training, the Deck gives you complete control over your sessions with 20+ setup combinations and a wide range of exercise options.

Designed to adapt to all training styles, the Reebok Deck functions as a flat, incline or decline bench, with a backrest that adjusts into four angled positions. Two height settings (20cm and 35cm) allow you to easily increase intensity, making it perfect for step workouts, HIIT, weight training and bodyweight exercises. To help you get started, free online video workouts are included so you can maximise your training from day one.

The re-engineered multi-textured workout surface delivers improved grip and enhanced cushioning for greater comfort and control. Integrated visual target zones help guide foot and hand placement for better form and smoother transitions, while ribbed side panels provide maximum traction at the edges - ideal for stepping, jumping, lunging and high-intensity movements. The surface is equally comfortable for seated or lying exercises during strength training.

Built-in resistance tube attachment points at the feet and backrest expand your workout possibilities even further, allowing you to incorporate resistance training into your routine. Smaller fitness accessories can be neatly stored in the internal storage compartment, keeping your workout space tidy.

Despite its lightweight, easy-to-move design, the Reebok Deck is exceptionally strong and stable, supporting a maximum load of 150kg (330lb). Twelve slip-resistant rubber feet help absorb impact and ensure a solid, secure platform throughout even the toughest workouts.
