The heavy-duty, robust steel frame is built for long-term and regular use. Designed for versatility, this bench comes with saw-tooth hooks to secure the back pad in place across decline, flat, incline and upright positions, so that you can get a balanced workout in at home. 

Another stand-out feature is the addition of the independent leg developer on the front of the UB9000. Multiple height adjustments can be set for better positioning and the dual foam rollers are very comfortable to rest on. Either 1" or 2" olympic plates can be slid onto a post at the front, too.
