Inflate by first pinching valve at its base with your fingers while blowing into valve with mouth. Stop before filling too tightly with air. 2. Hold the valve at its base with your fingers and insert the plug into the valve opening. 3. Press the valve down into the glove so it is flat with surface. WARNING: DO NOT use excessive force to pull your hand out of Socker Boppers. This could cause an arm injury. If you experience difficulty removing your hand from a Socker Bopper, deflate (let air out of) your Socker Bopper before attempting to remove your hand.
