  • Returns are FREE under our 28-day approval guarantee - items must be complete, unused and in their original packaging, with any security tags intact.

  • We’ll process your refund once we have received and checked your item(s) meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive once we have received your item(s).

Here’s how to arrange a return:

1. Go to My Account

Go to My Account and click ‘Return items’ or ‘Return items from multiple orders’.

2. Select items to return

In the Return portal you’ll be asked to select the items you want to return and a reason for your return.

3. Choose your return method

Choose your preferred return method we’ll show available drop-off locations in a map. Some items may require a home collection.

4. We’ll send you a QR code or label. No printer required

We'll send you a QR Code that can be scanned from your smartphone screen at a drop off location, where they will print your label for you, or print and attach your return label at home.

5. Pack up your item(s) securely

Pack up your item(s) securely and return your parcel to your chosen drop-off location, or, if applicable, wait for a home collection.

6. Track your parcel

Track your parcels journey back to us via email updates.

Our returns portal will help you choose the right carrier for your item and let you know if any special arrangements are needed, such as for big and bulky items or items that need to be returned directly to one of our suppliers.

We process each return parcel individually, so if your items don’t fit in one parcel, you’ll need to raise a separate returns request via My Account and obtain a separate label for each parcel.
