We charge €25 per order for delivery of large goods such as beds,
large TVs, washing machines and sofas.
Expected delivery: Delivery of these goods typically can take up to 8 working days to deliver. Some items will come direct from suppliers and may take longer. We will give you an estimated ‘delivery by’ date at checkout. Our delivery partner will contact you up to 24 - 48 hours before delivery to arrange a suitable date with you. You can also track your order’s progress in My Account.
If you’d like to send someone a gift straight to their address it’s really simple, just add them to your Address Book in My Account and then choose them as your alternative delivery address at checkout.
Returns are FREE under our 28-day approval guarantee - items must be complete, unused and in their original packaging, with any security tags intact.
We’ll process your refund once we have received and checked your item(s) meet the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to arrive once we have received your item(s).
Go to My Account and click ‘Return items’ or ‘Return items from multiple orders’.
In the Return portal you’ll be asked to select the items you want to return and a reason for your return.
Choose your preferred return method (either ‘Printerless returns’ to print label at a drop off location using your QR code, ‘Express no signature service’ to print label at home or ‘Printerless pick up returns’ for home collection, where the carrier will bring your label). We’ll show you available drop-off locations in a map. Some items may need a home collection.
For ‘Printerless returns’ we’ll send you a QR code that can be downloaded and scanned at the post office. For ‘Express no signature service’ we’ll send you a QR code that you can print at home and for ‘Printerless pick up returns’ the courier will bring you a label.
Pack up your item(s) securely and return your parcel to your chosen drop-off location, or, if applicable, wait for a home collection.
Track your parcels journey back to us via email updates.
Our returns portal will help you choose the right carrier for your item and let you know if any special arrangements are needed, such as for big and bulky items or items that need to be returned directly to one of our suppliers.
We process each return parcel individually, so if your items don’t fit in one parcel, you’ll need to raise a separate returns request via My Account and obtain a separate label for each parcel.
