Choosing the Right Kids' Bed
Sorting out a bed for kids is easier when you know what you need from the space. Here at Very Ireland, we have a wide range of children's beds for younger and older kids. If you're fitting out a shared room, go for bunk beds with sturdy wooden or metal frames that free up floor space for play. We even have triple stackers for sleepovers! For a smaller room, a cabin bed or mid sleeper is higher up and has storage underneath, shelves, a desk and even a chest of drawers can fit. Look out for finishes in white, grey or black for a clean, timeless feel, or choose blue, pink or a character bed for younger kids.
Children's Beds with Useful Features
The best kids' beds work hard for both you and your little one. Trusted brands such as Silentnight, Julian Bowen and Aspire have divan bed bases with handy drawers or ottoman style storage. Some styles feature velvet or chenille headboards for extra comfort when sitting up in bed. If your child's room doubles as a chill out zone, our gaming ready beds from X Rocker and XR Living will suit older kids, just add a matching gaming chair or beanbag. Our own Very Ireland Collection includes great value single and small double beds for kids, with different mattress options and optional insurance.
