Summer Thornton is an incredibly talented artist who loves to draw on unexpected sources of inspiration. After studying at the Norwich School of Art and Design, she moved to London in 2000 to really let her themes run wild.
Wild Meadow is a true expression of Thornton’s eclectic influences. Selected by The Art Group, it uses rich watercolour tones to depict a scattering of fresh country flowers all closely bunched together. Pops of pink, yellow and purple pop against the neutral backdrop, leading to a calming visual that’s both arresting and soothing.
Measuring 43 x 33 cm, this print looks fantastic when used to brighten up a plain feature wall.
