Personalisation is case sensitive and will appear as entered, please do not use BLOCK CAPITALS due to the font style. Please note these bauble are handmade and every bauble is unique so there may be some slight imperfections such as small water marks due to the manufacturing process. Please avoid using block capitals, symbols or emojis in your customisation. Please double check your personalisation before placing your order.
The feather has a white protective film on it to avoid it from being scratched during delivery, this needs to be removed. The feather then slides on the string and can be hung on the tree. Once it is time for the decoration to be packed away the feather can be slid off the string and wrapped separately to the glass bauble to avoid scratching or damage.
