The grey cover is filled with thousands upon thousands of tiny glass beads, so unlike traditional blankets with a microfibre or feather filling, it actually moulds to the shape of your body. This creates the incredibly relaxing feel of a big, cosy hug, which helps to release the happy hormones serotonin and melatonin while also decreasing cortisol – the stress hormone.
