The Henley Rower is designed to fit around you - not the other way around. This lightweight rowing machine provides a fantastic low-impact full-body and cardio workout with smooth rowing and manual resistance levels.With magnetic resistance, this machine provides a quieter workout, making it perfect for getting your reps in, day or night. It also has a soft ergonomically moulded foam seat pad that sits atop a durable aluminium rail for comfortable and smooth rowing motion.
You can keep track of your workout using the included LCD screen. It allows you to monitor your time, strokes and calories burned - so you don't need to keep checking your phone or watch.
No need to worry about space either - Marcy know that space can sometimes be an obstacle with home workouts, which is why the Henley folds away for easy storage when not in use.
