Orders will be delivered to one of over 1000 Parcel Connect stores and are usually delivered within 4-7 working days.

  2. Wait for your collection comms

    3. We will send you an email or SMS when your item has arrived and is ready to collect.

  3. Collect at store

    4. Take the PIN to the Click & Collect pick up point and collect your parcel.

Returns to Very are FREE under our 28 day Approval Guarantee.

It's easy to make your return, simply tick the box on the bottom of the advice note to indicate which item(s) you are returning. Fix the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest participating Parcel Connect convenience store.

It’s important to retain your proof of return or take a photo of your receipt, as this can be used to track your parcel.

Once seal is broken or removed, these items are non-returnable under our Approval Guarantee. Your statutory rights are not affected. See Returns section in our Help pages for more information.

About the brand

Founded in 1984, Marc Jacobs graduated from the Parsons School of Design, where he was the youngest designer to ever receive the CFDA’s Perry Ellis Award for New Fashion Talent.

Jacobs successfully launched his eponymous collection in 1994, and has since spearheaded countless successful ready-to-wear, handbag, fragrance, cosmetics, and book launches.
