Free Delivery with Click & Collect

Orders will be delivered to one of over 1000 Parcel Connect stores and are usually delivered within 4 working days. Excludes all large goods and items over 20kg. Products delivered direct from one of our suppliers may take more than 4 working days, please check the estimated delivery date at checkout. You must have a valid Eircode saved in your address book in My Account to avail of this service.

1. Select Click & Collect
   At the checkout, select Click & Collect and the collection point you’d like to collect your parcel from.
2. Wait for your collection comms
   We will send you an email or SMS when your item has arrived and is ready to collect.
3. Collect at store
   Take the PIN to the Click & Collect pick up point and collect your parcel.

All large goods

We charge €25 per order for delivery of large goods such as beds, large TVs, washing machines, sofas etc.

Expected delivery: Delivery of these goods typically can take up to 8 working days to deliver. Some items will come direct from suppliers and may take longer. We will give you an estimated ‘delivery by’ date at check-out.

Our delivery partner DHL will contact you up to 48 hours before delivery to arrange a suitable date with you. You can also track your order’s progress in 'My Account'. Please add your Eircode to your address in My Account to help us make sure your orders get delivered to the right place

Delivered to their door

If you’d like to send someone a gift straight to their address it’s really simple. Just add them to your Address Book in My Account and then choose them as your alternative delivery address at checkout.

To make a return using Parcel Connect

• Returns to Littlewoods Ireland are FREE.
• It's easy to make your return, simply tick the box on the bottom of the advice note to indicate which item(s) you are returning. Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest participating Parcel Connect convenience store.
• To find a participating store near you go to Parcel Connect
• Remember, if your parcel is over 20kg in weight or 1.5 metres in length, please phone us on 01 811 2222 and we will arrange to collect the item from you for FREE, as it will be too big to process at a Parcel Connect store.
• It’s important to retain your proof of return or take a photo of your receipt, as this can be used to track your parcel.
